So I tried ordering the mesh string backpack but it declined the first order, I tried doing it again a second time and it also declined but it charged my Visa card for both transactions. I went to the website order history and it says I

haven't ordered anything. It's been about 12 hrs since I placed the order.

I've done some research and it seems to cancel an order it needs to be "pending" to cancel but my order didn't go through! What should I do?
