I'm from Mexico , my backpack arrived one month after I ordered but almost all the time they kept me informed of where it was. 

I love this backpack, it has a lot of space for my things and although it is large it is not cumbersome. The only detail it's that the main compartment pocket started to tear on the second day but I can fix it. 

Totally worth it.
